I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Washington (WA LMP #7511), and have been in practice, doing CranioSacral Therapy, since 1994. I am certified in CranioSacral Therapy at the Diplomate level (CST-D) through the Upledger Institute.

The Upledger Institute was founded by Dr. John Upledger, D.O., the developer of CranioSacral Therapy. The Institute is dedicated to the teaching of CranioSacral Therapy and holds training seminars worldwide. The Upledger Institute is based in Palm Beach, Florida.

I also teach CranioSacral Therapy for the Upledger Institute, and am certified to teach a wide variety of their courses. I am currently concentrating on developing and teaching upper level courses on working directly with the immune system using CranioSacral Therapy.

Originally my background is in science. I have a Ph.D. in Physics from Rice University. I first discovered CranioSacral Therapy when dealing with some health challenges of my own. It was so effective and intriguing that I wanted to learn more about it, and this started me on the path to becoming a CranioSacral therapist.

A primary focus of my practice is working with clients who wish to discover and explore the patterns that underlie their symptoms. The principal treatment modalities that I employ are CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, and Lymphatic Drainage.
