Cancellation Policy
I ask every client to give me at least 24 hours notice when changes in appointment time or cancellations must be made. Clients will be charged for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, except in cases of sudden illness or family emergency.
I Do Not Bill Insurance
I will be happy, however, to provide you with a receipt should you wish to submit the bill to your insurance company yourself. Please note that since I am a massage therapist, I must document my treatment as massage. Many insurance companies only cover massage therapy when it is performed by their preferred providers. (I am not a preferred provider for any insurance company.) In addition, some insurance companies may require a doctor’s referral with a specific diagnosis.
